The Scarlet and Gray Teacher of the Year Award for Excellence in Education is an honor given by our club to the best nominated teacher in their field.  It is a rigorous process for the teachers in Pima County but with a huge reward in the end...not only monetary but the satisfaction of reaching out and teaching today's youth for a better tomorrow.

Since out-of-state tuition is considerably higher than in-state, it is important for a student to receive any sort of financial aid available.  As a club we are able to award one student each year with the amount of money we raise through donations and events to help out students further their education.  The selection process requires a lot of work from the participant; study hard in school and apply!
